Hi i'm 18 and have noticed a lump on the top of my left testicle in the last 6 months, it doesn't hurt and i am fairly sure it is on the testicle not the cord attached, i think it could be a cyst as i have had two other cyst's and they run in the family. Is there anyway to tell the difference between a cyst lump and a cancerous lump?
