I have a lump, the size of a large pimple on my scrotum. Feel no pain,
but when I try to squeeze it, there's a little pain as expected. When
I'm squeezing it, it feels like a really hard and tiny ball. Anyone know what this is and if it's dangerous? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
