I had a medical termination (due to my own congestive heart failure) - but three days later I was in soooo much pain that they decided to do a D&C. Now I have swollen lymph nodes in the groin area (they are painful) and a loooow fever - the highest being 98.9-99.2, I just feel icky.
Is this something the Tetracycline will fix?

Have you been back to the doctor? It sounds as though you have an infection. The swollen lymph nodes and low grade fever are the clue. The tetracycline was probably prescribed to help prevent you from getting an infection from the surgery.
How long have you been on the tetracycline?

I agree with what medic-dan has posted. It definitely sounds like you have had an infection so it would be a good idea to talk to your doctor about taking care of that as soon as possible. If you delay on this the symptoms could get worse so I hope that you can get an appointment as soon as possible. Please keep us posted okay?
