My nipples was hard then it stopped then it grew back and im still trying to figure out what it is.
I am 15 going 16 and I have that on my right, it hurts when I touch it too hard. It isn't pointy or noticeably hard but under the nipple I feel a hard circular thing.
Each time it happens, it's just one nipple and it lasts for about half a day.
This has been happening to me every year since I was about 14. I'm almost 38 now.
Like someone else explained brilliantly in the previous pages, this is likely to be hormone imbalance. It happened to me just yesterday as my wife has been away for a while. I suspect it's the pile up of testosterone, sperm or something. Nothing to worry about, for the boys this is absolutely natural

Hi I'm 16 years old , and I'm having pain inside my right nipple.sometimes it feels very wired with a cramp. I observed that when I'm running a sharp pain hurts me around the same area . I visited the doctor and I explained to him, he said that it's some sort of virus but the medications he give me didn't work. Question can masturbating cause this effect???
