I have this too, my right one is sore and i can feel a hard circle under it and i'm 13 right now so i think it's part of puberty

my sister was joking and squeezed my nipple and now it hurts bad me to.
I was 15 when I first had it and saw the doctors later on and was issued that it was only puberty, it was always a problem for me when I trained for boxing. Punching my damn nipples was a disadvantage for me. When I was 16 it gradually subsided until now that I'm 17. It really gets in the way of my training sessions but I try to forget about the feeling while I can. I'd flip if someone nipple crippled me.
Well it's funny because we had the exact same issue. By the way, I'm already 24 and had already gone through puberty.
I had it easy back 2006 and it's really painful. First, at my left nipple, then gone after few weeks. After that it was transferred to my right and went away, and transferring to mu left again. I was a bit paranoid that time because it was something serious. Especially my cousin was always pinching my nipples. I thought that was the result.
But it was completely fine and normal.

i feel glad that i'n not the only one going through this. it pained when i accidentally touched my right nipple and some hours later when i checked, there was a small ump ...soft from outside and like circular inside. got really worried and now i'm kinda relieved after reading this thread.

Thank god!! I'm 15 almost 16 and got the pain in my nipples today, good to know it's normal. I'm not alone
I have a simlar problem. Few days ago I have noticed that it hurts when I touch my nipples. I am almost 16. The left one hurts little more and its little inflated. First I thought it was because of my lack of sleep, then after few days I started to think that it was a hormone disorder (too much female hormones to be more accurate)
I’m 21 now but I remember those days having sore nipples and feeling those knots. It’s defin just a part of growing up but I didn’t know at the time. When I was 17 I scheduled an appointment at the hospital to check the issue and the nurse did a freaking ultrasound. She assured me everything was fine. I played college lacrosse so it always hurt if I got hit in the chest but they eventually went away and things are fine now.
