i am a 26 year old male who just recently factured my nose in two places . Now my septum is deviated and my nose is crooked to the right. I heard Pearlman is the guy to go to if you are a man looking for rhinoplasty, but Sherrel Aston appears to have better credentials - its really tough to untangle the PR from the the actual good reviews. Has anyone had rhinoplasties with either doctor? Pearlman appears to be very conservative in his before in after pictures, which i find comforting, because i don't want my nose to look much different than from when i broke it. I have found a couple of bad reviews on this site for pearlman and tabbal, but nothing for aston. thanks in advance for the help.
