I have had this problem for over a year now, I am 24, and i don't pee like before(my stream seems to be weaker) & I have to go to the bathroom a lot of times, my urologist did not find anything, so he made me go through a weird procedure to put some sort of cable with a camera thru my penis hole to see the inside of my bladder. But that cable thing did not fit, apparently it was to thick and he told me that that might be the problem my penis hole was too narrow. So they had to put me to sleep and put that thing inside of me and he was able to widen it. He did not find any problems in my bladder but he told me he expand the hole with that cable and that I should be able to pee better. And Indeed it worked! But i was sexually active and on top of that I masturbated like twice a day because the feeling was so much better than before so I got the effing problem again. I came up to the conclussion that masturbating a lot can mess up your muscles, and that is why I got the problem in the first place I think, I remember I used to masturbate like 3 times a day or more everyday before having that problem. I am planning to go again to do the procedure and stop masturbating. But would any of you guys please confirm if the medicines, diets or pelvic muscles that you mention above actuallynwork or could help me?

Has no one fixed this? I've been to 4 (one today) Urologist and for some unknown reason none of them had heard of this and most won't even believe me, it's driving me insane, today's was private and still no use. Offered no advice and went down the whole 'it's impossible' thing, spent the last hour finding others with it online and females talking about it, yet NO ONE seems to have any success nor anything definitive to share AHHHHH. I've been doing Pelvic Floor exercises for months and it's no better at all, today the Urologist told me that it wouldn't help this issue, which was odd as he didn't know what 'this issue' was...
