It brings your good thoughts and some times rare memories like childhood experience that u have never felt before......... and what about sex try it and you will see the haven is in your ............. Bad effect- you all know that but are u willing to give some thing to experience the moment of living and feeling the gift of god has given you. Gift doesn't mean to just use ganja but use ganja with your excellent imagination write it down what you feel and when you become normal you get through it and measure good and bad effects which is more heavy.

Ive been using weed sice i was thirteen of course back then it was like a blunt every two weeks.. Now i smoke about every other day. I dont have panic attacks I smoke before school because i can focus more on what i have to do and less on the people around me. I am turning 18 this week so that's roughly 5 years smoking and i am in great physical condition, i am going to graduate in june. Theres a lot of non sense going around that weed gives you brain damage but hey i got accepted to college, wouldn't i have brain damage after 5 years? Well go figure....I am just posting this to let people know that you are in control of your mind and maybe it's weak minded people who get "Paranoid" after smoking weed. For all you pot smokers out there who understand the truth. KEEEP ON BLOWING!
I agree... it all depends on the person. A lot of research comes back that it makes you paranoid or even causes panic attacks - this is likely because (or in my experience) - my conscience is elevated... as in; I seem to "care" more about whatever it is that I am doing. Since growing, selling, having, using it is illegal AND you stick out like a sore thumb OR you 'reek' (spelling?), it's no wonder that you're going to be a bit edgey.



Okay, as per performance... there is no question that almost anything that I do, I am... better said "was", more into when I smoked pot. I could write songs better, I had "fun" cleaning the house and did a better job - most importantly to me though is the fact that I did not have an obsession with food - I had a better diet and never seemed to get sick. Now that I've stopped, fearing legal issues for using (not growing or selling) something that is less damaging than alcohol... I have turned into a "lard as*". As for the school thing... I didn't try to be "cool", I stayed in school and really "got into" it - it was a blast to get high and then go learn something.



In summary... I think that weed makes you MORE of whatever it is that you are made of - if you are a loser, you will just be a bigger loser.



As a last word... pot provides comfort to those suffering dibilating disease - and it is morally WRONG to deny them access to this. This is a democratic society... breaking the laws are NOT the answer - you need to vote if you want to enjoy what God put here for us. It's in the bible - everything green is ours...

I used to smoke weed all the time and I played sports and worked out. Like that one dude said it is all about the individual. It didnt affect me negatively unless I was actually stoned when I went to workout. I was a hell of a lot weaker, and had no energy. As long as you arent stoned while you are working out, you can probably get by. But it will definately not actually give you any positive effects. But also remember that for your overall, long term health, weed is bad for you. I dont mean to be a buzz kill, but see if you can try to quit bc in the long run it will be good.

Well I agree with the last quest statement. I have been smoking marijuana since I was 14 and I'm now 23. The only thing marijuana has ruined in my life is that it cost so damn much. But as in panic attacks and tripping..no that only if your a p***y or have some kind of medical issues that makes you have attacks. yes marijuana can make you a little paranoid and a little forgetful but that is only while high on marijuana. It really depends on the person if you are a looser who doesn't care about anything than when you smoke, you will still be a looser. Me personally I love to get high before I work out, it makes me work out harder and it gives me the MUNCHIES so I gain weight. I'm in college and make all A's and am soon to be starting my own business. So i recommend everyone try it a few times the first time is kinda intense. PLUS study shows that marijuana smokers will live longer than non smokers. You decide....
i smoke weed every day, sometimes several times a day. i also work out 5 days a week. i wake up at 5:20 every morning, take my dogs out, pack my lunch, kiss my sleeping husband goodbye and go strength train for an hour before going to my full time, on my feet job. I lost 40 pounds just eating cleaner and working out all while smoking weed.

working out makes me feel strong and alive and it makes me look good too. weed makes me feel chilled out and lucky in life and love.

the key to everything is balance.

anybody who says smoking cannabis has any effect on ones life or personal health or whatever. if you have will power or any kind of personality that wants to make something of your life then theres no problem whatsoever

any bellend can diss someone or their habbits but nobody cares because timeless films such as (alice on wonderland) were made by trippy people on LSD and the such, anybody who is anti drugs can shut their holes until they try it because you don't know what your chatting about if you've never tried it, don't be thinking its all bad coz thats what your told... bunch of simple minded children...

I wake up 5:50 Mon-Fri to school, Have A-B Grades, Workout 4 Times a
week and jog occasionaly. I smoke pot every other day or usually after
I finish working out and doing the things I have to do. I must say, weed
hasn't made me any lazier and has def. improved my size. Eating much more to gain mass is tough and thankfully I have some uber munchies
when smoking. Just make sure to eat the right foods. Other than that,
Im healthy, run my miles under 7, and lean.

Only time I wouldn't suggest it is when: studying for tests/exams, at work,
or at school.
I just quit smoking like 3 days ago after doing it every day from when I was probably 15 to now (i'm 22)...I know about all the studies, I was a complete stoner and wrote quite a few papers on the legalization and decrimalization and all that pointing to various studies.

Everybody's a bit different but I basically quit because i'm in a tough spot in my life where I'm turning a page and I think that after all this time, maybe see what its like without it...I can safely say that my testosterone level is definitely going up already (yes, a study recently came out saying that if you are a habitual user, teens as young as 17 were found sexual disfunction and impotency, not releasing the right amount of testosterone to the body), i'm starting to gain a bit more weigh and muscle mass now after being very skinny....together with that, my head is starting to clear a lot and my complexion is better, you can not say its good for your skin...smoke in general is not good for your skin, youre crazy to think otherwise.

Saving more money, im more active I guess now, show more interest in things, sure i might poke again once in a while, not daily now, nto by any means.

One thing I guess I would reccommend and I have no dislike whatsoever to stoners, I never could or will....just go to a sperm bank and have some of your sperm frozen. You dont want to find out later down the line you cant have kids because of it. Just my 2 cents.
Well first of all the is way to much bias on either side of weed. Dont call it marijuana because that is the word that was originall addopted from mexican farmers and soldiers by harry anslinger the first drug czar in the u.s. so cannibis is the proper term or skunk or funk or what ever you may. The fact remains that if you smoke weed and have no motivation, you must have had motivation problems to begin with.

Too many people nay say it because it IS illegal (for reasons that are not justifiable.) Some runner actaully use it for expanding lung capacity and oxygen use. I smoke before i run, or workout. I run or work out when i dont smoke too. In a rastifarian kind of way you can use it to gain concentration in a meditative sense. People dont have the time any more to sit and go into a meditation, that is where cannibis comes in handy. When you smoke some of that weed it helps you to get your brain to that alpha wave state. It is a plant with so many possibilities. Not in a recreational from but in an industrail form and medicinal form.

Bottom line if you use it in a responsible way and you feel it help improve the quality of YOUR life then dont listen to the chumps about it making you become pathetic and poor.

As for the homie who became broke becasue of it. Maybe you could have grown your own or just not smoke as much of it. Or buy some kills either way you should be continuing to smoke it.

Oh and by the way cannibis has anti-tumor properties to it also. and people who smoke weed and tobacco are 50% less likely to develope lung cancer.

I would say weed is one of the best things to do if you want to get big.
1. Listening to music when I'm high fires me up like no other and I workout better when I'm high.
2. If you can control them, the munchies are the best thing to have after a long day of sqautting, just make sure your eating moderately healthy with loads of protein and carbs, with minimal fat afterwards.
3. After I lift, smoking makes me go from soar to feelin good.

I've also never experienced any bad long term effects other than the occasional short term memory loss.
Just make sure you don't get ripped off your ass at the gym, just a nice high.

i've been smokin weed for about 3 years and ive come to learn that overall it makes me a better person i act more sociable...it is also one of the reasons i stay motivated to stay in shape and work out. im a varsity wrestler and a senior in highschool and it doesnt make me get tired faste or any of that sh*t. i dont know about all that BS they say about longterm effects i feel the same i did before i started smoking and if i do get some longterm effect than f**k it smoke more weed to forget about it
Alright, for the most part all of the people who say smoking weed is a good thing all smoke weed. They oviously dont think about the negative effects. Slows you down, you cant deny that you arent slow when you smoke it, you cant deny that you get down once your "high" wares off. It is a drug, it does make you lazy no matter what anyone sais, you are your own person yes, but it does change your state of mind. It is inhailing chemical, why would you want that. i would rather get a REAL high by playing sports or doing good in school. i have many people in my life who smoke pot, if you look at them now they are nobodies, dead end jobs, and they are broke. Pot lowers your self esteem and makes you anti social.

I've been working out for almost ten years... i started when I was 16 and I am almost 26 now and for the first time in my life I have started to work out while being slightly high on weed. Im not talking deep red eyed stoned... like maybe 4 or 5 decent puffs of good weed. a good buzz.

Does it help the workout? Yes. But it takes effort to beat the laziness or fatigue caused by marijuana (at least for me it tires me out)

Basically I have never liked doing core or legs or anything with serious lactic acid burning sensation. Marijuana in two months has given me the best abs I have ever had in my life... how? For me it really helps with the lactic acid burn. In the same way it helps chronically ill patients with pain this pain relieving effect can help with your workout in being able to get a few more repetitions out. Actually... in the case of core MANY more repetitions...

I don't know if the effects of THC are quite exactly pain relief. To me it seems as if the pain becomes less important, or I can distract myself from it and concentrate on the exercise instead. The psychoactive effects definately change the way a workout feels and like any drug induced experience, are affected by the mood you are in.

As far as building raw muscle... i dont think weed is too good for this. Although I am not sure at all. I find it great for cutting and doing exercises I otherwise would never do.
