Well, I suppose that they could enlarge in erection but they would most certainly go back the to previous size once the penis becomes flacid again.
when i stop mastburbatin for a week or two the spots seem to get less noticable i dont know if its just me or not lol
As a female with them i have found that stimulation increases redness in the area for a time and the spots will become somewhat more noticeable although i can not say for sre in men.
i think masturbation increase them for a male but i am not sure (mine do)
It's not so much that they increase in size... it is just as blood goes into the penis, the spots will naturally get pushed out as the penis grows, if that makes sense to you.
