I believe healthy diet and lifestyle make a big difference to how we cope with menopause etc and being a healthy weight is paramount to that.

Did it help your feet?

I have had this problem for 3 to 4 years now and its getting worst now that I am in menopause. Started when I had a huge hormone flux, that's when the edges of my feet started to hurt. Had another hormone flux in Oct 2018 and that made the pain lessen for a bit but the foot pain never completely went away, just my period did. So I know its hormone related. I wish the doctors would acknowledge that foot/ankle problems can be results of hormone changes in women. Read online the lack of vitamin B12 can cause it but I know its more than that. Some kind of combination of lack of hormones and vitamins.
