I am 18 and my ribs (at el bow lenght) are curve out more than normal. I have had this for about 10 to 12 years but i went to a doctor. However he said i had something called cartilage rib and to be carefull cause my ribs weren't as strong as the average persons. I have recently been trying to find out what exactly caused this and more about what it is but i can't find any problem like mine. could someone help me out. Please and thank you!
Try doing lots of pushups to see if strengthening your chest muscles can pull your ribs back to normal.
