- I was last sexually active during 3/22 - 4/1

- My expected period time was 4/9, but my period has not come yet

- My breasts are tender, and I have a steady flow of cervical fluid that seem to match the description for pregnancy. No cramping, no signs of menstruation on the way.

- I used a pregnancy test this morning and it showed a negative result. However, It also says on the packet that I have to be at least 19 days pregnant in order for it to be correct. If I got pregnant on 4/1, it would not have showed up.

- Adoption is not possible for me. I cannot imagine going to school with my stomach sticking out and everyone staring, knowing I'm not married yet.

- The guy is out of reach, and it is not possible for me to get in touch with him at all. My parents, on the other hand, would 'kill' me if they found out. I am completely on my own with this, and I am financially strained.

Question: What are my options (medical, surgical, anything else) at this point, when I may be 2-3 weeks pregnant???

Please help me. Thank you!
If your period was due yesterday then you probably weren't ovulating on 3/22. It's not impossible, but I doubt you are pregnant. If you are tho, you should check into medicinal abortion. I had one last year because I was in a bad situation and it was very simple, all I had to do was take a pill, wait 24-48 hours and insert 4 pills in my cervix. I bled for a couple of days and that was it. This is was less tramatic then the alternative but be sure to consider all your options. Good Luck.

thank you, smiley32, for your support and information!

Just wondering, how long into the pregnancy did you go before taking the pill? Roughly how much did it cost you? (medicine + doctor visit)

Was it really heavy bleeding? Did you have to have someone helping you get around? I saw a story about someone who was wheeled into the ER because she took the pill and was bleeding from her nose and ear too?? Is that a concern at all?

As for my menstruation cycle, I just counted 28 days from when I last had my period, and it was expected to be on 4/9. Unfortunately, I'm not too good with monitoring my period so I am not certain how long my cycles are. When, in a complete cycle, would a woman ovulate? Do my days of sexual activity fall into the range at all?

If anyone would help answer these questions I'd be so grateful! I have never faced this kind of situation, and I'm so worried I cannot concentrate in school!! HELP!

I was 5 weeks when I went, they did an internal sonogram. Medicinal abortion is more expensive they surgical however my insurance covered the procedure so I don't know the exact cost, sorry. My best friend went with me but the first pill they give you at the facility just stops the pregnancy hormone so that the baby won't grow anymore so after that I felt fine. I went home and the next night I did the insertion of the 4 pills, I did have some cramping but the bleeding really wasn't much heavier then a heavy period. They give you a couple pain killers too so I didn't even really have too much trouble with the cramps. You ovulate about 10-14 days after your period starts. At this point a test would be accurate so I suggest you take one for your sanitys sake.

A lot of places make you do a preliminary interview and sonogram and will only do so after they can see something there ie at the end ish of six weeks just to make sure there are no defects like it being lodged in your tubes. I am in the middle of dealing with mine at 2-3 weeks. and honestly I want it gone yesterday. But they want me to come for four different appointments and blood work that I will have to pay for and I have to wait wich makes me feel sick. I understand why they want you to wait but it's aweful.
