It depends when the tests were taken. They need to be taken several days after implantation, preferably after a regular-cycle period has failed to arrive. Taken too early, they cannot be expected to give a reliable result!
I am having the same symptoms & I missed my period two days ago and had pinkish mucous spotting the day before my expected period I've been having cramps in my pelvic area and lower back . I also noticed my boobs went a cup bigger. I took a test the day of my missed period & it was negative. Can I still be pregnant? If so, when should I test again.
Why did you take a test on the day your period was due? A test the day after your period has failed to arrive is reckoned to show 80% of positives. A test now would be more reliable. But really you need to give more detail.

I am three days late according to my period tracker. My cycle is never regular sometimes 30 days sometimes 45 so I can't say that I am late. I had the stomach virus for the past several days so I think that could be a factor. I am expecting my period but I am noticing a clear discharge instead. No smell or abnormal color. You haven't said how many days since your last period started, Clear discharge is sometimes a sign of ovulation, and sometimes, if with itchiness, a sign of infection.
A negative pregnancy test can only be relied on after your period has failed to arrive. Panic won't help. But a positive text result is more likely to be accurate. .
Very true I was 4 1/2 months pregnant and threw the home tests and also bloodwork it showed negative until almost 5 months and I only have one ovary so very possible you could be pregnant
I don't have regular periods. I have one once a year or not at all. I haven't had a period in over a year and a half. I started spotting really light a pinkish color maybe once a day for 4 days took a pregnancy test it was negative and on the 5th day milky discharge really heavy and lower abdominal pain no vaginal discomfort and some dizziness. As you have such infrequent periods, I would suggest testing 21 days after your last sex. You haven't given any dates when you had sex, or when you took the tests, nor even how old you are.
