Hello. I'm 46 year old female and I'm very worried for my husband. You see, he’s ten years older then I'm and just recently experienced one very serious heart attack!
His life was seriously in jeopardized but luckily- medical team was very quick and professional.
Later, his cardiologist told me that there is some kind of blood clot in some of his heart arteries and that- he will must take some defibrination medications to the rest of his life now. Can someone please tell me more about this medications?
Hi. I think I know what is this all about because the same thing happened recently to grandfather just recently.
You see, the exact mechanism of heart attack is next- bloc clot blocks artery on the heart and that piece of heart muscle literally dies and can't perform its function any more.
During the acute part of recovery he got strong clot-destroying medications to blow-up the clot but even after- he should be taking defibrination medications to prevent this from happening once more. Medications of this type are heparin and warfarin!
