Well. im a 13 year old boy ive been lifting weights since i was 10. i wasnt so serious about it then. atm i do boxing ive done karate and wrestling before and football, and ive gotten quite fat.. ;/ well i weight 63kg and the only places im fat is my butt and my man boobs lol. and exercices that get rid of those areas? i REALLY REALLY wanna get rid of my man boobs they are destroying my life. they are really big i already lift weights 10kg weights on each arm and, since i masturbate alot my other arm is alot stronger than the other :/ well

dont do steroids, as they make your moobs bigger.
fix your diet to more protein rich food and forget about junk food.
Sort out your training plan and become a regular in the gym. Dont be afraid of lifting heavy!

I agree with batmannu - regular exercise and proper nutrition is the key. There are no overnight results. Train, take time and you will see results. Minimum 2 weeks to 1 month - and you will see results.

Absolutely. First results are the easiest to seem, but perfection - well, that's another story... I am "aiming" for six packs, but just can't do it - I mean I can't say no to occasional sweet treats. Too much sacrifice (regarding nutrition) if you ask me - if you really want lean muscle (six packs for example). My abs for example are nicely visible, but I don't have "abs from the ad" - I should be on lean meat and broccoli for about a month or two and without a piece of chocolate to reduce the final layer of fat and have the body fat around 5% - I am afraid in my case this is not possible - the nutrition rules are too strict for me in this case. Bodybuilding is really strict and there is much mental power needed to really see the results.
