So my dad is allergic to marihuana and when he was young he had to go to the hospital cause he tried it once and had an allergic reaction. But now he smokes it and is fine with it. I was just wondering if I would have the same allergic reaction or if it were most likely to happen. Thanks

So, you dad is allergic to marihuana. Interesting! I don't think that means you would be allergic to it as well. Quite often you have to be exposed to something. then later you develop an allergy to it. The only thing I can suggest is that you try and find out. I'm not a advocate for pot use, however it does has medicinal benefit for people with glaucoma and other forms of pain. If you dad is smoking pot and you're around when he is, then I would have to say you're not allergic. Surely, you would have had a reaction by now.
