thats probably because all you are eating is one meal a day, that is totally unhealthy.
Our bodies need around 6 small, healthy meals a day to keep our metabolism going and thus, lose weight.
Dont blame duromine for your own stupidity

I lost 15kgs on durmoine in 3 months. Your body is either building mussel or retaining water if your not drinking enough.

Hello Adam,

I am Martin 180cm tall and 105kg, would like to get down to low 80kg.

Today is my Day "1" too (Sep. 10, 2014. My GP has put me on the same dose of 40mg with a pack of 30 tabs, (basically one month of supply / and very expensive $121.00 Aussie (aprox USD 110.00).

I have experienced simular effects as you described, dry moth not hungry and in a happy working mode,

Where are you know within your program, did it really help and have you succeeded with the life change you were looking for. Also exercise would help, but my busy lifestyle makes it hard to do so, like most of us,

please be so kind and let me know

Yours sincerely,

hi there i know this is very late to reply - but I have been searching the internet finding if anyone has taken duromine whilst having a broken foot in a cast - you're fractured toe is the closest I could find. I have been prescribed 30mg and I am on day 3. I have a non weight bearing cast so I cant walk unless using crutches. I wanted to know if the duromine affected your healing process - and eventually how much weight you lost - if any. I am on them to avoid overeating whilst i am stuck not able to move around much.. I am 80kg wanting to be 60kg....any advise you have would be great:)

Hi Dee - you sound exactly like me! how has your progress been on duromine? I am on the 30mg day 3. dont own scales so I cant weigh in, but will use my clothes as an indicator. I am 30, 80kg but have my broken foot in a cast, so I am hoping duromine will at the very least not let me gain weight - and if i am very lucky, lose weight even though I cannot exercise.... how has your progress been? did you see any results? when did your sleep return to normal..? any help would be great :)

Probably because you are not over weight at all! Duromine is a product for over weight and obese people!

Yep Duromine makes me really sleepy in the afternoon but even when I get to bed, just like now, I lay here awake. I guess that by afternoon my body is probably starting for food/fuel that's why I get tired, but what's the point of being on it of your so exhausted by the afternoon that i can barely keep my eyes open, and then I start to feel hungry. I also feel grumpy and have noticed that don't laugh or feel as happy as I usually am when I'm taking duromine. The dry throat and mouth is a nusiance, but it's not so bad to be drinking water, even tho after about 2 weeks on duromine I can notice the dehydration in my skin and especially my face. By the end of the afternoon the pill seems to have worn off and I could pretty much eat anything, the only thing that stops me is willpower and the fact that the tablets are so expensive. I also find times when I loose track if words and can't concentrate. Last time I took it for a couple of months, but had to go off it cause I was having freaky scary mixed up nightmares. But it does aid in weight loss, however, just like a post I read from a bloke in another forum, I too have actually put weight on while using duromine. Dunno how, dunno why, sort of like after a couple of weeks it lost its effectiveness for a few days, that's when my body stuck on about 1/2 kilo. Shocked the hell out of me too. But overall, I loose weight, get thirsty, grumpy, no sense of humour, tired, then can't sleep. It's nuts, wish I could just loose weight without pills.

Hi, can someone help me? I'm 153-154cm and weigh 54kg. I have 2 weeks supply of 30mg duromine and I've been contemplating whether to consume it or not for monts. I decided to start exercising and control what I eat instead of using duromine. So I started exercising and controlled my diet and lost a kg in a week but in the end, I my controlled diet didn't last as I couldn't surpress my appetite. I felt like all the exercising I did was wasted. I gained back the 1kg. So I'm thinking of consuming duromine but I'm scared if the side effects will be terrible especially since I'm not overweight but chubby. What do you guys suggest? I really want to surpress my appetite.

probably because you only eat 1 meal a day. Your metabolism must be ruined

Hi there I'm also overweight after having my kids and have tried many things to loose the weight.  I'm now 102 kg and I loose a few kilos and then put it on again.  I'm thinking of trying Duromine after reading your stories and the weightloss coming off.

Adam may I know where to buy this?

You shouldn't be on Duromine babe, unless you're 4 ft tall you're already within the underweight category. I'm 157cm and 75kg and before I had my daughter I was your size. Please don't take Duromine unless you have to :(
