I've had this issue maybe two days. My foreskin has dried out. I'm a frequent masturbator, so I'm wondering if this is the issue. It does not hurt unless pressure is put on it (like putting it between my leg and bed), and I'm starting to worry, since I've searched this a few times and every one comes back to fungal infection. The tip is not sore.
i would say it sounds like a fungal infection and it probably has nothing to do with masturbation and you should talk to your dr about it
