My husband and I have date night he wants nothing to do with me but make excuses when just last night he said if I want his attention just ask him and he will go on walk on the beach and hold hands,but when I say let's go do that he does not want to do that we have other things we have to do

NOTHING is wrong with you. Your HUSBAND has a problem. What, we can't tell.
To tell you that he's willing to do something and then doesn't want to is entirely HIS issue, not yours.
Stop blaming yourself.
Counseling might help.
