I am bleeding very heavy when I have my period. Bllod pours out like water, its very dark red past a plum color. I am having to wear 2 pads and a tampon changing both every hour or hour and a half. Also I am bleeding huge chuncks of I don't know what. Sometimes its clots other times its like a membrane type of something. This is scaring me as they look like what I was passing after I had my daughter and tore very badly. Please help I am very worried as my family has a history of historectomies at nearly 40 years old but I am 25 yes old tomorrow.
It sounds like you may have had a miscarriage. I don't think it's anything that would warrant a hysterectomy.
