In order to get pregnant, sperm has to enter your vagina at a fertile time. So, as you think you might be pregnant, I assume you have had some recent sexual activity. The negative test results can only be relied on if they were 21 days after your vagina's last exposure to sperm (perhaps by sexual intercourse).
If you are 2 weeks late on 7 October, then it suggests you were expecting your period to start on 23 September. As your last period started 28 August, that would assume a 26-day cycle with an assumed ovulation date of 9 September with fertile days being that day and the previous 5 days.

2. Bcs my mens is irreg. So i usually wait my menstruation starting at the end of the mnth until 10th day of following mnth. but this time it's already oct 13 and i haven't had my period yet. this is the first time that my mens was delayed for too long.

4. so if we count starting aug 5 ended aug 10, until sept 6 when i got my next period. it's 26 days.

"we had a pregnancy test earlier". What do you mean by 'earlier'? What date? If it was later than 5th Oct, it would be reliable regarding sex on 14th Sep. Testing regarding sex on 7 Oct needs to wait at least a week; preferably two weeks.
