You have started puberty and for the most part it sounds like you are developing normally.
Your voice will change and you will grow everyone grows and develops at different rates and times you might be a little behind some of your classmates but your developing just as you should be.
You might be a bit of a late bloomer compared to some but there is nothing wrong you just need more time to grow and develop.
