My sister has some tingling crawling numbness

My sister (27 year old) has the following symptoms only during the over night 1) tingling in fingers tip 2) numbness in any of the hands ( alternative or sometimes on both hands) 3) pain in hands and legs 4) feeling very weak hands and legs, right after these symptoms occur 5) raised heart beat 6) anxiety 7) chillness in Palm and feet 8) creepy crawling sense in face 9) burning sensation in hands and legs ( at times all over the body) 10) feeling herself a polythene burning smell ( rarely)
