i ejaculated , after finishing, my penis went back to normal size (small), but the outer skin didnt.. my outer skin is still the same size.
this didnt happened before, before both my penis size and skin goes back to normal size.. but now, my skin didnt, its now loose and feels like fat is covering my penis.
help :(
