I'm a 14 year old active boy. I'm slim everywhere except my stomach.  My height is 5 foot 4 inches and I weigh 106 lbs. I'm gluten free and have a bit of a six-pack.

 

Stomach: Before eating anything in the morning, my stomach isn't very big. After drinking my first mouthfuls of water, my stomach feels weird like there's a lot of gas in it. After drinking and eating more it goes away and my stomach looks pregnant. There is no pain whatsoever. When I hit my belly, it jiggles like there's water in it.

Another problem I have is frequent uriniation. I drink a good amount of water but I don't think I drink too much water. I usually fall asleep after 11 PM and wake up at around 7 AM because of my pee. It hurts to lie in bed. When I finally go urinate, there's a lot.

Is there a chance those two are related?

try drinking only two cups for a day or two and see
