Thanks. Just had mine out 10 days ago and today felt sick all day and no appetite. I do need to lose more weight (lost 10 pounds pre-surgery) but this is not a good way to do it.

Hey I got my gallbladder removed 8/5 and I was fine after but a couple days later the nausea hit me and this sudden bloated/full feeling which is so dreadful as I can't each much and the nausea makes is so much worse. I literally hear my stomach growl and make noise so I'm not sure if it's gas still trapped in there from surgery or hunger? I don't have much appetite but I try to eat. Now it's much difficult and I'm not sure whats wrong. I know you haven't posted for a couple months but do you feel better now; is this feeling just my stomach trying to adjust? Any help would be great. Thanks.

Physician. Then if this is the case why? after gall bladder removal 7 months ago have I lost in five months over 6 stone. I NEVER felt sick before removal and was told the gallstones had broken up crushed in gall bladder so would have passed through the system. NO need to have taken it out as the surgeon said it was healthy der. Excuses? Consultant said you may have got gall stones again. Well now they will go in my liver or bile ducts or pancreas as they have to find a route. Had two stones in my common bile duct, ultra sound scan showed duct 14mm. The last MRI showed stones had gone from duct? Where too. MRCP showed Sphincter of Oddi dysfunction so muscle cut allowing the constant dripping of bile to drain through as was not working right. This was all two months ago the added MRCP and MRI. MRI showed normal yet feel like am dying. Lucky to get an ensure down me some days and never feel like eating my appetite has gone and would only bring a meal back up. Diet so bland as a good meal would go right through me. Bloods slightly elevated.GP thought pancreatic infection (NO golden test to show this up) yet hospital dismissed this even though I had all the classic symptoms and in severe pain that comes and goes. Can just about keep cereals toast, banana, rice, pasta a little with tuna. NO energy so weak and have passed out (blacked out) several times and always feel am about to when stood up. My blood pressure is low and was in hospital yet they discharged me on same meds. Anti emetics do nothing to alleviate the nausea. Look like anorexia and NEVER could be that as loved my food (healthy mind) previous.

I had my gallbladder removed in feb 2016 and still have issues with nausea. I feel nauseous almost everyday. Sometimes in waves. I have been tested for everything under the sun, but no explanation. Trying to modify my diet to pin point if it is a certain food group. I did a gluten free diet for 3 months but then finally got tested to rule out this allergy. Thinking maybe it is dairy products. As you know, dairy has a lot of fat and without a gallbladder, bile is directly into your intestines instead of being stored up to break down fatty foods. I am going to try reducing my dairy intake. I would suggest you do the same. Also if you do not have a prescription to Zofran, I would get a nice supply to handle those really bad nausea days.

Unfortunately yes, but I can manage it with probiotics, food enzymes, proactazyme, pepogest (peppermint oil) and a good diet
