I had this happen before except I actually excused myself to the restroom in the middle of our first date and did puke. It didn’t happen to anyone after that for a while, but it’s happening again.
I'm a happily married, healthy 25 year old. Whenever I get REALLY aroused before sex my whole vagina starts to hurt like it's swollen and about to burst. Any idea why?
Glad I found this. I take phentermine and when I get really really aroused I also feel nauseated for a few seconds to a minute.
Hey I know this is a bit of a late post to yours but I have this same/similar problem too! I came here looking for answers and I saw what you said and it sounded so like me so I figured I'd mention what I had issues with in my body and see if it's almost the same issues as yours. I know this may be a bit personal to share about this but I feel like this would be something everyone could read and see and see if they had similar problems too and know they aren't alone. And I'm not shy to share:
It seems like every time I see some really hot dude or see something that I'm really attracted too, I'll get like really turned on at first but then it goes into a really sick nauseated pain-like menstrual-like cramping pain badly. Feelings of I'm about to vomit and sometimes I do. The pain feels like it's in your lower belly where you usually would feel your menstrual cycle at, around where your bladder is I guess you could say for another reference point. It starts there with the turned on feeling but then it fades into a increasingly stronger pain feeling that causes a really nauseated and crampy feeling to it, or it can be a sharp feeling if something REALLY turned you on out of no where. (And that hurts like a b**** too I'll tell you that much for myself) Then it spreads to your actual stomach and you get very ill crampy and nauseous feeling there too. And even if it didn't spread to your actual stomach the cramping and pain in your lower belly alone can cause you to vomit or get extremely nauseous. It feels like I can't get turned on at all anymore, I really want too, I use to be able too. But now it's just filled with pain. And whenever I wanna get really excited, I can't. I can't get overly excited or even enjoy sex anymore really unless it's very slow without much pleasure given. And sometimes I even avoid sex or the thoughts all together because I want to avoid the pain that comes with it. It feels good to be turned on at first, but after, it's like you regret it. During sex if my partner really goes ham mode or sometimes not even all that hard mode at all I will have to tell him to slow down or stop cause I feel like I'm gonna throw up. It feels so good at first, but then the cramps and nausea have to step in the way and say F**k you. And if I get overly excited I just get sick too, I wanna experience sex to the fullest again and just be able to enjoy the hell out of it, but it feels like I just can't. Also I should point out that this doesn't happen every time I have sex either. Some days its worse than others and it varies on how intense it gets on a day by day basis. But every time my partner goes hard core mode I always get sick, I cannot take a rough session without getting nauseous. I wonder what causes this?? I'm just glad to know I'm not alone in this.

I'm a thirty four yo man. I remember the first time i looked at porn i started shaking uncontrollably my whole body to the point i had to put the playboy down cause i was gonna drop it. I also got nauseous but not too the point of vomiting. Now when i masturbate after i feel more nauseous depleted so i try not to, but I've always had an overactive sex drive and when i don't masturbate and then get aroused i get very nauseous while turned on, feel thinking in my chest, and i can have shorter breath, feel like I'm going to throw up but never do... I'm not on any meds. I'll also feel pounding in my ears and sometimes get dizzy or faint feeling even just looking at someone i find attractive...
Oh and i still shake a lot in my legs and hands arms, even just looking at someone..
*thumping in my chest not thinking...
oh my god, i'm so glad i'm not the only one that experiences this; i was starting to think there was something wrong with me lol. every time i get intense arousal, i'll feel this pulsating, aching feeling in both my vulva and or my ovaries; plus all the blood rushes to my head and i'll begin to feel nauseous :/
but finally, after some personal research, i think i figured it out. apparently, not only men can have 'blue balls', and it's called 'blue vulva' for women. so everything checks out, except i'm not sure if nausea is normal with 'blue vulva'. could anyone help?

i know people are discussing 'vulva blue balls' but thats not what im referring to. yes when i'm really turned on, my vagina pulses and throbs. that is completely normal. what im referring to, and what i think MOST of us here are referring to, is genuine abdominal pain, sickness/vomiting and nausea with arousal.
i suffer from uncontrolled acid reflux (doctors keep telling me they don't want to investigate my stomach as it's a long process??? i throw up significant amounts of acid into my mouth everyday and it hurts my ears sometimes), quite drastic weight loss in recent times due to insufficient calorie intake (i eat relatively 'nutritious' foods and try my best to avoid fried/junk foods but i'm just not eating enough calories i think), a slightly underactive thyroid (TSH kept increasing with each regular blood test i did but they eventually said they werent concerned and if i get worsened symptoms i should come back - last test was last year) , possible endocrine issues as well (high testosterone? idk) and yeah.
i think my acid reflux is making the issue much worse. i get turned on, i feel an intense ache in the middle of my upper abdomen, nausea/sweats occur, my stomach contents begin to rise up, then i need to vomit. have no anxiety whatsoever and this is only a recent issue. never had this issue before whilst having sex or having sexual daydreams.

I think food is a big part of it for me, I only started getting nauseated when aroused when my ED started getting really bad.
I'm having this issue and I also have an under active thyroid. Looks like we won't get answers until somebody actually researches this issue. I'd love to know if anyone's ever done anything to improve the problem?
I have the same problem
I’m a 30 y/o woman & I also feel nauseous when I’m *really* turned on. I’ve read that it is to do with a drop in dopamine when we release oxytocin, I’ve also read that it happens as a result of our bodies misinterpreting an influx of hormones/chemicals as pathogen
This is one of the first solutions i have found. I too started eating much less when my problems started. I think it is definitely related
