My daughter is 16. For the last 2 months she has been nauses, fatigued, lost 14 pounds, feels full after just a little bit of food and throwing up in the mornings. It seems like the earlier she gets up the worse it is and through out the day it gets better. She is not pregnant. They have done an upper GI scope on her. That showed nothing. They did blood work and tested her thyroid. They are now going to do and ultrasound on her gallbladder. It is very frustrating for all of us. I would like to know if anyone else has had these symptoms and any luck finding out what it might be.
Since her GI tests are normal, all I can think as a possible answer might be the gallbladder or some kind of problem with liver. Did they test her liver enzymes in the blood check-ups? I had similar thing, but it turned out to be stomach ulcer and gastritis. But after that went away, came the issue with the bile and it does make me nauseous and it does happen more often in the morning, but it really is not to the point of throwing up. Wish you the best, hope it sorts out soon, because I know how terrible it can be.

Well on March 17 my daughter got her gallbladder removed and is feeling much better. She had a Hida scan done and it showed her gallbladder was not functioning at all. By the time they found the problem she had loss 20lbs. I hope this will help someone else out there that is going through the same stuff my daughter did. It was a tough couple of months but I think it is over and she is now on the road to recovery.

I'm glad your daughter is getting better and if anything, a good waring for me to know what might be the problem if nausea gets worse. Tahnks for the update and wish you both the best!
