I'm not a doctor but I have been through exactly what you are describing. Have you ever had anxiety issues or depression before? I started having panic attacks in 2005 and for 3 years I was convinced there was something physically wrong with me. What you need to know first and foremost is that YOU ARE OKAY. I know it's hard to believe the doctors when you feel the way you do, but if they say you're ok then you're ok. I didn't believe them for a long time, either. They just kept telling me I needed to be on anti-anxiety medication and back then I was so against taking drugs I wouldn't do it. But eventually I became a hypochondriac and I could barely function. Don't let this scare you... every one is different. I finally agreed to try the lowest dose possible of Cymbalta... 20mg/day. I have been on it a year and a half now and it's the best thing that's ever happened for my anxiety. I haven't had a panic attack in a year and a half. I don't obsess and worry about my health or other things anymore.

I'm going to recommend you talk to your doctor about it first. Then seek a therapist who can help you find out why you are having this problem. I promise it will help. This website and program were written and developed by a lady named Lucinda Bassett and she has helped thousands of people. There is an online community on that website too and you don't have to be on the program to talk to people- it's free. Those people are very nice and supportive and they will be there for you and help you when you need it.

Best of luck... feel free to email me if you ever need to.

i had these symptoms , it turned out to be labyrinthitis, which was caused from experiencing an ear infection. something to do with excess ear wax braking up inside the internal labyrinth of the ear and moving the tiny hairs when changing from sitting/ laying/ standing.

i thought i had al sorts and was worried as hell, after nearly every test under the sun and 8 weeks off work it just stopped?

i had tablets to help stop the nausia, (behistine) this was a side effect from the constant dizzyness.

get checked out to be safe though!!!

Hi,
I have had the same symtoms and was told it was a viral infection, also developed anxiety attacks, I started to feel a little better , the nausea and diahorea and headaches went for a few weeks but only to return this morning, as usual woke with a headache and then felt like I needed the loo at the same time was trying to be sick, what a state, I have had a headache all day and nausea, off my food, no appetite, well I would not even say headache as no matter how many tablets I take it does not touch it, it is more like a pressure head and my head feels cloudy, muggy, lack of concentration feel not all there, if you know what I mean.

Iam sick of this it is taking over my life as I worry and that just makes my anxiety attacjs worse,

Any suggestions any one. x

Most days I will feel nauseous at times. Three times I have had episodes where my temperature will get real low and I feel faint, nauseous, weak, tired, shaky, have hot flashes and get dizzy. A doctor once checked my thyroid and he said I should go get it checked out more thouroghly. I am also on the depo provera shot and am wondering could it be causing my symptoms as well. I am 25 years old.

Can I say guys I m not a doctor but I get all your symptoms and I've been diagnosed with severe migraines! I get hemiplegic ones with auras. The spaced out feelings where u don't feel like your in your own body, staring off into space, zig zag lines, being triggered by lights in supermarkets all of a sudden things feel really loud like the worlds coming in at you, or that dizzy feeling of waiting for your bed to come back round so u can get in ( almost like being drunk). I've hugged the floor at times to feel safe. The pain feeling like someone has a voodoo doll of you but migraines affect your brain and your whole body. I take 3 drugs in a combination to prevent my migraines no caffeine, chocolate, alcohol, 8/9 hrs sleep a night. N they virtually stay away see a neurologist n your Gp for help!

Hi: hi i think i know what your talking about...i have like almost the exact feelings but i sure wish i knew what it was, i do not smoke and im much younger, when i stand i get really dizzy, hopefully i find out :/ just started like a month ago

I have huge migraines all the time, but for the past 3 weeks I have exact the same symptoms that you have:

I've been feeling the following over the past 6 months:

Dizzy
Light headed
Unstable vision
Stomach cramps
Feeling sick
Motion sickness
Constantly tired
Sharp stabbing pains in chest and head
Shortness of breath
Pins and niddles in hands and feet
Heartburn and a feeling of a 'lump' in my throat
Cold and hot sweat/flushes
Lack of sleep
Muscle twitches and aches

I end up going to a neurologist because of the stabbing headache, I'm afraid of going to the hospital because they will admitted me and play with spinal tabs and all of those things that I really hate. I was given the following:

Neurontin---- For nerve pain and migrain prevention.
Topamax----- Migrain prevention
Vicodin---- Pain in general
Mixzed 25mg------ To bring my blood pressure down.

I smoke almost a pact of cigarette a day, but lately I don't have energy to light up one. I'm over weight, 291 pounds, 5' 6" and 37 year's old.

I keep having the feever on and off. The Chills...

Anybody knows what's going on with us????

Thanks!!!!

I am sure someone has written this before . But I was on metformin for a week or so and I ended up not taking it anymore, And not long after that I started having the weirdest PMS I ever have , I have these symptoms :

Before I start like a week before I start to feel like my head is in a cloud Just a feeling like things just aren't right
As my period comes closer I have severe headaches ,Chest pain,Tiredness, the cloudy head feeling ,Dizzy ,Fainting
I have went to the Hospital and they have said nothing is wrong . But what concerns me is I feel like I cant think , or talk right,
I am not really moody with my periods never have been . But as I said I feel like I have no control over my body .

I feel so bad it scares me . I am really wanting to know if anyone else has had these type of symptoms it is a very scary feeling to feel like you have no control over your body, mind or anything else . But if anyone has had any of this can you please write back to me my email is :

Thank you for taking the time to read this I am hopeful that someone out there has experience these things and maybe can give me a better understanding .
