I just wanted to make this post for some opinions on my problem since the doc doesnt seem too sure.
First of all, i'm a 17 year old guy and healthy in terms of fitness. The problem is the glands in my neck have been swollen for god knows how long. Actually i cant remember when they weren't now. Its probably been at least a year. But I am making this post because nobody else has mentioned, as far as I can see, that their nodes vary in size and firmness. Today the nodes in my neck are more swollen than yesterday. The right more swollen than the left too.
The doc is testing me for Lymphoma, HIV, glandular fever and syphillis. Although i dont think i have them and neither does he. Or rather i hope not. I'll go onto explain every symptom i have experienced in coincidence with my glands. I guess im looking for an alternate answer to the 4 im being tested for:
I was and still am itchy everywhere sometimes. random places like my head and soles of my feet too. Where i scratched a got little lumps (im not sure if the lumps were a result of the scratching or if they caused it though) I'm still itchy but no lumps (maybe it was insect bites that caused the lumps since i was in spain, still itchy though, particulary my scalp and im sure i dont have lice)
Swollen neck glands (and groin ones too a little, not sure about my armpits since i dont know what im looking for)
lumps in my throat/warts (its weird, actually what drove me to the doctor) no pain though.
I had a sore lower left back often when i woke which was really annoying and also below the ribs on the left of my front i think that might have abated a little
Still though often get pains in the upper left of my chest too, right at the side.
I would say fatigue but im not sure if its normal or not but sometimes i feel too tired to do anything but not tired enough to sleep and its really annoying. Mums been buying me vitamin tablets which has helped i think.
The last time i had unprotected sex was January. I haven't experienced night sweats or anything though. I sometimes get a bit of a rash down below and some little bumps but i'm not sure if it's natural or not. These are all the things worth mentioning i can think of.
Any ideas?
I get my results in 2 weeks. I just want to know if there is anything else more benign it could be, to allay my mind. Beause I'm only 17 and I've just started uni, surely i dont have HIV or anything? I dont have night sweats or fevers.

I forgot to say i have lots of little jelly-like lumps in my neck too randomly all over the place. Like cysts. They arent painful but are uncomfortable if i try to move them around. Or when leaning on a shoulder to read a book in bed.
It sounds like you have lymphoma, let is know!!! Hopefully not the bad kind!!!!!
