Hey guys..
3 days ago I started getting a mild pain in the left part of my throat..There is now swelling that I can tell.. whenever i drink or eat anything it doesnt bother me, yet when I swallow I feel a little pain sometimes, but not all the time.. It usually hurts when my mouth is dry and I swallow.. Just wondering if this is something I should be concerned about? If I press in the area where the pain is it does hurt..

The pain is actually right above my shoulder blade... whenever i move my shoulder forward i feel little stiffness and soreness... could i have a pulled muscle in my neck area, and therefore it effects my swallowing?
