Hi I am 14 and I weigh 128 I know that is normal for me but I too lose 8 pounds for track in the spring that begins in 4 months. I run for 30 min a day and do 100 sit ups and pushups I eat toast for breakfast and a sandwich and nothing else for lunch for dinner I eat a smaller meal than anyone in my family but I can only lose 1_2 pounds and then I gain it back any advice

Since you have no replies, I'll give a suggestion. Try eating a dinner. Maybe lots of fruit and veg in your diet too but definitely have meat in your diet. Skipping meals wont help you to lose weight, so try that and see if it helps you :)
