Hey, im sydnie, :-) .........heres the thing, im 16, 5"4, and around 116 pounds. Yes, i understand that is a pretty ok weight, but i just cant have it. IM moving in around a mounth and i want to start off with a VERY good imprestion. I want to loose around 6 pounds befor i go. Now, i have tried everything. Ivve worked out every day. Ive controled my eating. Nothing will work for me. I dont care how unhealthy anything is, i will try it. Its not alot of weight so i wont need to do anything for long, but i need to loose this 6 pounds in less than a mounth. Any advice?
With the height and weight you have now you are just in the middle of acceptable weight according to your body mass index which is a ratio between your weight and height. So, if you were to lose six pounds in a month your body mass index would become borderline of underweight so you really really need to watch out what you do and how will you do it. You're 16, there are so many processes related to growth that depend on you eating a right amount of nutritious food that it becomes a dangerous to diet this young. On the other hand, 6 pounds in a month is not that much, as you said, so I really would recommend using some products for loosing weight - extra hard exercise should do the trick.
