well let me say...i am 5'1'' and i was the same weight as you. but damn, i loved being that weight! i am 120 now, because of my vyvance (it's prescribed) and let me tell you, i like being this weight. but i have to constantly take my medicine, if i don't I'll gain weight really fast. so if you want to loose weight really fast, either take your medicine, or only have two good big meals a day and loads of water. you'll lose about 10lbs in two weeks.

to lose weight the fastest i did a very unhealty thing.. I ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but only ate about 1000 calories a day with a recommended calorie intake of 3000 with my current weight and height. I drank atleast 64+ ounces of water a day, and only ate carbs for breakfast. This was a piece of cinnamon raisin toast and a bowl of kashi go lean crunch cereal with milk. My lunch was usually around a big bowl of salad, green peppers, brocoli, celery, and carrots NO DRESSING!!!! and a chicken tenderloin that was grilled or a few slices of ham wrapped in lettuce. I also stopped drinking diet soda, and alcoholic beverages. Lunch and dinner were the same. I lost about 40 lbs in 4 weeks. and then I ended up getting surgery and lost another 10 lbs. the 10 from surgery came back. but now I am living in high evelevation and the weight seems to be coming off very nicely with diet and exercise. I do feel dizzy sometimes. and now I am only eating one meal a day in the middle of the day and taking vitamins and mionerals, and that is because due to my work schedule, I do not have time to eat any other time. If you are a kid and you are overweight, you are prolly just watching TV too much, not playing outside, going to the grocery store with your parents and getting them to buy you everything you want. I challenge you to not eat snacks unless it be fruit or yogurt, and to not eat frozen meals. Wanna lose weight, have your parents cook you dinner for once, and dont fry anything just eat chicken or turkey, or fish, grilled meats, and steamed veggies. A serving of meat is the size of a deck of cards like 3 ounces. you only need 2-3 of that a day. an 8 ounce steak at one meal is all of your meat for one day and it is the smallest size of steak they offer at a resturaunt. I have seen my mother do every weight loss diet on the market and this one seems to work. It might be unhealthy, but i never fainted, and I still work 40-50 hours a week on my feet every day. Just find something that works as long as you arent throwing up food, or not eating at all you should be good. oh and you can take a lot of stacker2's and eat very little and you will lose weight fast, but beware the side effects of being very hyper...

I'll tell you how i've lost 80lbs over a year the unhealthy way.
I started out eating nothing but a cracker here cracker there while working out.
I wouldn't only eat crackers though, but more of the "healthy" snacks I could handle.
I would work out hard sometimes, other times I would make up for my lack of exercise by
starving myself, :/
I few times, it stopped working, so I would go back eating alot etc.. THEN I would start over,
I then realized that during this unhealthy diet, My body would become immune to it.. So After
my weight wouldn't go down anymore, I would trick my body by just eating more then repeating
the unhealthy process.
As for PILLS::: Most of the diet pills out there solely rely on the excessive amounts of caffeine they consist of.
SO, I went out to walmart and bought some "no-doz" caffeine pills, which I discovered during midterms last year
while I was trying to study.
AFTER all the caffeine, starving, benging, sweating, anxiety, & stress put into this horrible way of losing weight.... I'm satisfied.

I'm 6foot 4 some people say i'm fat other say i'm not i think i am so i started swimming
Doing several hours a day for several weeks has helped me alot i'm even now a life guard with a really good fitness level before swimming lots i tied doing half that of what was needed to pass the life guard test and couldn't do half of it. So for two weeks i did 8-9 10:30-12:30 2:30-4:30 every day and now i'm feeling great about myself. swimming is the best exercise because your working out most if not all of your muscles to do it so the better swimmer you are the more better you'll fell and look

I know how you feel, i struggled a lot with my weight when i was your age. and i know i sound totally cliche and everyone says it, but dont worry about your weight. your way too young for that. just have fun doing what your doing. your not going to get married until your 20s so dont worry about guys right now. your friends are way too young to be going on dates. and no offense to them but if they are dating at 12 then they will probably be having sex at 15 and thats not really classy, so just be yourself, and those who matter wont care.

At this point it is still a "pre-teen", undrestood-- not easy to accept, but you need your belly fat to develop healthy ovaries and other internal organs.
For someone your age-- explore and start helping your mom/or guardian with preparing meals. Eat healthy, forget about "student store" and "wending machines" -- ABSOLUTELY NO sodas of ANY KIND! (one can of soda contains 13-16 tsp of sugar!) Those are unnecessary excess dosages of sugars and empty calories! Try to be creative and cook soups (and here I mean soups-- not tomato campbells or cream mashroom...) Soups that are water based (broth), fresh and low on sodium (as salt makes you retain water...) Create your own herb garden (even if you live in an appartment you can still have a pot with herbes), add those to your meals and soups, make sure that you do not overeat. You should be taking small bites and chewing ALL your food (yes-- even that watery soup!). And above all-- limit your time on facebook, myspace... it will be much more fun to go outside and to be active. Again, if you can not go outside, make sure that EVERY day you strech (no weights, weight lifting at your age will make you look even bulkier, as weight training shortens your muscles but dancing and streching keeps them lean and long) and breathing right for 20-40 minutes. My suggestions won't require expensive diet plans, starving or membership to the gym! Get healthy and keep"HONEST FOOD and ACTIVITY LOG" for yourself! I guarantee you-- you will be in a wonderful shape by the next summer! :-)

Im just not sure if risking your health for a dangerous unreliable drug or pill would be a great idea. I have lost a lot of weight in 1 year but it's the all natural way dieting and exercise. however there are some natural poducts which could actually help you in losing weight and I think it would be safer. I just came across this ACAI berry, I think think this is one example that could help. For more information just check this out:

hey i know how ya feel,i was age 14 i think i was going to be a freshmen and i was fat as ever,i was 5'1,164 and big double chin i tried tips that my other friends did because they were over weight,they were wear tight pants and a bit belt to make your hips stand out bigger,i guess makes your tummy look smaller cuz your hips are big(dunno i didnt feel skinny or normal),is to suck it in and wear corsets(they suck so badly and barly work)but i wasnt gonna give up i was not gonna be a fatty first year of highschool.ok so like i had about a month but for you if you try hard i bet ya can to,its a bit unhealthy but it did work.i ate two peices of toast,not bread but toast beause it would make me thirsty so id drink lots of water after about two days i became very tired so i slept alot,id give it all i got to run after two days made it very lil way but i was all sweaty and heart pushing i lost alot of weight so i kept eating only 2 peieces of toast or some days only one in morning when i woke up,drank lots of water and ran each week i felt i got a lil farther,soon i was fitting in old jeans and looking nice,i did follow one tip my friends gave was sucking in to though,so at end of that month i had my ribs sticking out i was skinny but just watch when you eater something besides two toast a day you will gain lots if you dont go out slow,after your happy with the weight go three toast and run more,then four but spread out two in day 1 afternoon and one at night,(something like that just not all at night and not before you go to bed)i went down to 120 in that month and i also i grew to 5'4 was quite nice i hope this helps,oh yeh and afew days i had taken a energy drink,after i ran i puked,if i had caved in to eating i would puke it up.

I am in the same boat as all of the posters above and on the previous pages, except I have let my weight go out of contol. I am a seventeen year old and I weigh 320 lbs. I am a very active person. I play three sports, I do extra curricular activities and I am almost never home. I have alot of muscle mass bt it is the fat on top of the muscle that I have trouble with. I will soon be wearing a very elegant, sleeveless evening gown and I need a way to get rid of my flabby arms very, VERY quickly. I know everyone says that there is no way to do it "quickly" but there has to be a way. I have 2 months befoe I have to have nice trim arms. Can some please help me? I want to get healthy so badly, but nothing has worked for me. I have tried Atkins and South Beach and Weight Watchers, but I just never see results. Please help!!!!!

I am in the same boat as all of the posters above and on the previous pages except I have let my weight get out of control. I am a 17 year old girl and I weigh 320 lbs. I hdo have quite a bit of muscle mass, but it is the fat on top of the muscle that I have trouble with. I have tried may diets including, Atkins, South Beach, and Weight watchers, but I just never see any results. I have to be in a very elegant evening gown soon and I HAVE to get rid of the arm "flab". I want to look amazing for a guy I like. I am a very active person, I play 3 sports, I am involved in many extras curriculars and I work, so I am almost never home. I am far from a couch potato. I Need to wear the evening gown in two months, so I have to lose this weight FAST. I know people say, there is no fast way to lose weight but there has to be some way, somewhere. Please help me! I will do any thing, Healthy or unhealthy, but it must be able to last the two months.
