shame, i know what it's like to be over weight and you want to lose it quickly, i googled this didn't i? all my life i was rather fat and didn't really notice, or i did notice and didn't really care. then when i got to grade11 i went on a coffee salad diet. literally. just black coffee everytime you get hungry and a green salad with apple cider vinegar for lunch. it's very unhealthy but i worked. i was also walking 8kms aday (back and forth from school) and within 2 weeks i had lost 5kgs and 6 months down the line i had lost another 28kgs. i also somehow managed to keep it off. in three years i've only gained 7kgs, but this time i'm trying to get it off the "healthy" way. careful eating plan and plenty of exercise. :-) girl, i really hope you managed. no matter how many people try and boost you, you know undoubtedly that it's the only thing you can do. will power and faith. that'll get you through.

last year i was 140 pounds and in one mouth i lost 20 i went to 120 and the way i lost it was i just stoped eating and only ate like alittle bit a day not alot and i didreally doing nothing except i had soccer once a week and iwent away really fast

ive also had weight problems im taking
permantine it helps went from 336 down to 282 in summer very proud of myself can move more
trying to slim down to 250 by december any ideas
and never give up in loosing it
i do it by hating what i see in the mirror might not be healthy for some learn to control it.

cant stress enough the cigarette and water diet... everytime you get hungry smoke a cigarette...food craving gone gone, drink water, stomach craving gone... pretty dangerous diet though still eat during the day. haave 1 apple for breakfast, rivita and tuna in brine for lunch and stirfry vegetbles dinner.

Eradicate: BREAD, PASTRY, PASTA, NOODLES, JUNK FOOD e.g pizza, fries, sweets, RED MEAT, CHICKEN although can eat chicken twice a week as long as not fried...

eat only: fresh fish, vegetables, fruit (except coconut, avocado and banana), rivita, artichokes, watercress soup and brown rice.

i used to be like 110 pounds when i was in high school ...im 5'4 and once high school stopped and i moved in with my boyfriend it seemed in the last four years i have gained so much weight ....i am ruffly 160 now and i just tell myself i just want to go back to my old weight.....or at least loose 20 pounds ..... if i can loose at least this i dnt think i would be so self conscious about my body .....i think i will try the all green veggies and water.... and this lil blog thing lets me know that im not the only one out there that thinks about there body like i do....it lets me know im not alone :-) ....just wanted to let everyone knw thanks for some good ideas

About 2 years ago I was working at Home Depot it was a physical job not hard but lift some things walking alot. I wanted to lose my belly so I stopped eating. I ate NOTHING. I still drank Milk, OJ, and Robeks Smoothies Large with Protein supplements one every workday sometimes 2. NO water. I hate the stuff. And no exercise. I reeally hate exercise and sweating. :-P For 2 weeks not much happened but I felt my stomach shrinking slowly. Then on 3rd week started losing 10 pounds/5days or so. FAST. I started at 210, got to 180 in a month, down to 165 after 2 more weeks. It settled around there. I had tons of energy felt amazing happy and NO FAT anywhere. I didn't look unhealthy just thin. Exactly how I want because I don't like muscles just want fat folds gone. I didn't eat for IMPORTANT: 3 months. I'm serious. Never felt better. I know its unhealthy and probably lost a year of life for every month like that but I'd rather feel great in the time I'm alive than live to 100 and feel gross the whole time. After the 3 months I missed food taste and since then gained about 30 pounds back. Some other problems kept me to busy to think about it until now. But am now about to start similar diet. Without Robeks because I don't have the money. Think I'll try all water even tho gotta force the stuff down. I'm not as active anymore I mostly sit here and play games or watch movies. Disability. Go into it if anyone asks I guess. Anyway this is FAST and as long as don't go back to food the fat will STAY GONE. To do this you may have to find someway to get certain nutrients so you don't die. I am taking multivitamins but I forget them alot of days. Also I take fish oil for my high blood pressure but not sure I need it once I start diet. When I got checked back when I was on the above diet, my blood pressure was great, but now I eat all fatty foods so I'm sure its back :-). Sorry this is so long guess I'm done

I am mainly going to consume liquids everyday. Fruits and teas are going to be what I am basically going to consume lol. And I am a smoker, so whenever I am craving something solid or unhealthy, I just end up smoking a cigarette, it usually rids the craving. This is definitely, incredibly unhealthy, but I am going to try to see how it works. I am also taking fat burner slimquick pills twice a day.

im 17 too and im 5'2 and weighed 120 and now i weigh 114 im still in a diet but 50 cruchs is not enough you need to do 200 in the morning and 200 at night and drink lots and lots of water and eat only greens the first day is hard so it okay to eat one small meal the first day but after that drink water and try not to eat ONLY GREENS!

It's really not worth it to be miserable, i bet ur just overreacting and look great! Don't beat yourself up about it, when i didnt like how i looked, i just stopped eating sugar and exercised a little more, it works... no need to kill urself if u dont look like what u think is right, just try and feel good about yourself!

Last April I weighed 140 - 50 , not sure cuzz I hated scales .
I picked up an eating disorder of purging and binging , by August I weighed 120

Then I got sent to treatment and was forced to eat , by November I weighed 125 - 29 , I was so mad I never wieghed myself .

I ran away from home to my boyfriends in November , and we hooked up everyday , very bad but ... Sex makes you lose weight like crazy , in December I weighed about 125 and ate regularly , maybe even more , because we smoke soo much weed .

By the time I decided to come back home in mid-January , I weighed 108 pounds .

Now that I don't see my boyfriend anymore , I weigh about 114-17 , still won't jump on the scale yet .

Also this is the same site that I came on , because I wanted to lose weight and I found the infamous classic model diets :
Cottage Cheese Only
Eating one type of food only , no carbs or calories , such as watermelon or tomatoes .
and Purging and binging .
My favorite was Laxatives .

By the way I am still struggling with my weight , I've been told I look like I weigh 117 , and that makes me wana cry , honest to god .
I am 5'4 .
