I had to reply to this because you're the first person I've came across that is just like me! I had mine removed in October. I've had a normal period November, December, January, February, light period in March, light period in April, now nothing in May!!
Hi ladies, I'm starting to get abit frustrated.. Its been 3 and a half weeks since I got the Implanon removed.. I had unprotected sex woth my partner the night before removal and have not got my periods yet.. I got a 3 year old daughter and I did fall pregnant with the same situation.. I'm not sure if I'm pregnant or not .. I took a pregnant test today and is worried.. Pls help !!!
Hello new to this site I had my implanon put in aug 8 2013 got it removed may26 2015 it's July 11 and still no period I had unprotected sex before and after removal a lot but no period felt real sick like I am pregnant having cramps like I am about to have my period but no sign took a test and its negative I did not bleed after removal barely had a period while on the birth control I am confused
Hello. I'm confused. I have had my implant in since march of last year and had it removed June 18 of this year. This is now august 1st and still have not had a period. I have taken several tests and they all were very faint positive. So 2 weeks ago I took 2 digital tests and they both said negative. My doctor also said I should have had a period by now. Have had tender breasts and low back ache. Sleepyier more than usual and hungry more. I'm just not sure what's going on. Could I be pregnant and my body just is not showing it on tests? Anyone had this happen?
I'm in the exact same boat. I had mine out on June 24th and haven't had a period at all. I've never been what you would consider regular and while I was on the nexplanon (for 8 months) I was constantly bleeding. Now there's nothing. I had some severe nausea for about a week and a half and my breasts were incredibly tender (even with my last child they were never so sensitive), so I took a digital test and it came out negative as well. I'm going to wait a few more days to take another. Considering you had positive readings, not considering the digital, maybe you should try another in a week or so? I hate uncertainties as I'm sure you do. I hope everything works out for you.

Hi I'm Aj, my last period was 2 wks b4 coming off the implant me and hubby had unprotected sex b4 and after i had it out! I had it out the 4th September and still nothing 10 days later! Iv taking 4 test coming bk negative
@AJ I think its just too early to tell. I would give yourself another week or so and test again. That way you can give the HCG levels time to increase. I had mine removed August 31st and I an CERTAIN that I have to be preggo with all of my symptoms and no period but I'm still too nervous to test. I'm giving myself unlil September 31st. I just want to have accurate results. Waiting is hard but negatives are so heart crushing.
I had my implant removed and I didnt get my period and I ovulated two weeks after I took the ovulation test and it came out positive. A women ovulates before having her period I might be pregnant now I never got my period. good luck! Everyone is deferent
I'm in the same boat mine has been done since April 2015 and it took six months for a so called (7 days of black stuff) then following month 3 days of same stuff now its the 3rd month and I got pink spotting it went away. I've been having unprotected sex and took a test several times for a negative every time not sure myself of what to make of it gonna give it another month and talk to a doctor
I had my implanon removed sept 3, 2015 next week January 7, 2016 I haven't had a period and all pregnancy tests are negative (19 weeks) I am very worried something is wrong but my ob said to wait it out! Two time cancer survivor and mother to a child who will be seven in may!!
Hi I had my removed dec 7th. I started spotting on Christmas for 2 hours. Was so light could even tell it was there and then if stop. My nip are sore. I took a test and it was neg can you please help me.
I had mine removed Nov.18.2015 almost 2 months no period last one was before it was removed I have all the pregnancy symptoms even clear liquid from my areola. Took 2 test and both neg. Periods was irregular while on it.....HELP IM WORRIED
Hi, I'm a little worried I haven't had a period yet. I got off my implanon August 13 2015 and September -11-15 thru 9-19-15 Is when I had a little period. Ever since then I haven't had any sort of bleeding or period. I have discharges. I've taken pregnancy test and they came out negative. My question is Is this normal? And when can I expect my period?
I'm actually responding due to a similar situation. I had nexplon removed almost 3 weeks ago because I constantly bleed and also was wanting to have another child. We've had sex like 7 times in 3 weeks which I know isn't that much. But I was hoping I wasn't having a period because I was pregnant. However you can't know if your pregnant til like 3 weeks and I know it's too early for me. I have medical issues that make every ahpt postive so I have to get a blood test done. Anyone have any insight?
