I have been masturbating from quite a time now ....regularly 3 times a day.Is this normal ?? Will it lead to some problems like quick ejaculation , or erectile dysfunction??
Frequent masturbation will not lead to any medical problems.

Three times a day may be a bit frequent for some people, but if your body is not sore, there probably isn't a problem.

If you are spending all your time masturbating in your room, you are short changing yourself. Life is about learning to relate to others. So get out and meet some people, develop some friends and interact with others. That provides some balance in your life. That's the only real risk right now.

As far as leading to ED or pre-mature ejaculation, there is no data that says there is a link.

If anything, you will learn what turns you on, how you like to be touched, and how much/how intense it must be to reach orgasm and ejaculation.

Some men learn to delay their climax by "edging", that is, coming close to completion, but then stopping. They claim they can train themselves to delay ejaculation. This may be helpful when you have a partner who takes more time and stimulation to reach a climax. However, it could also drive someone crazy if they've already come, and you're still building.

So, no, no immediate problems from frequent masturbation that we know of.

However, others may want to weigh in below...

That's a lot of time to devote to masturbating. Of course, my girlfriend masturbates AT LEAST 3 times a day while we're apart (school, ugh).

At your age, masturbation to orgasm twice a day will not hurt you, but you are putting your energies into a solatary activity. It would be much better for you to cut back a bit and get out of the house, making new friends and activities. But to answer your question, no, twice a day will not cause problems in your near future.

You just should not be so inner-focused.
