mines really weird its like on the left side of the bridge of nose and its almost like a pulse or pinching sensation, its been happening for days.
Is it because my nose is cold or whatever coz im not really sure but its really bugging me.
Could be a very tiny blood vessel getting close to the surface inside your nose. Some people say they experience that and often times will get a bloody nose and the issue resolves. Would also be your membranes in the upper part of the nose (further than a finger can fit) that has some type of allergen or irritation which causes the "feather like tickle" irritation when you breathe in and out.
I have also had this twitching in my nose. It is driving me NUTS!!! I can not figure out what if anything, is the cause. It started only a couple of days ago, and it is not a constant twitch, just on and off. Where is this coming from? What is causing it? There have been no changes to my diet, or sleep pattern. This is making me crazy!
Glad I found this thread, but it seems like there are no solutions yet. I can feel a pulsing right in the middle of my nose...it feels like its right under the skin on the bridge of my nose! It started happening after I got to work. I DID have a coffee last night (and I never drink coffee... I dont think its stress related because Im not stressed). It also doesnt seem to be affected by my glasses. I tried taking them off so nothing was touching the bridge of my nose, but the pulsing didnt go away. It almost feels like a rabbit crinkling its nose looks.... pretty annoying!
they say any body discomfort which comes and goes is ok.
if it repeats frequently or stays put
go see a doc
i doubt anybody has the answer
SNAP!!!! Strangest thing EVER!!
Today I have started getting the "twitch" . I have no idea why but I do have a lot of stress with uni with having only 2 weeks left. I will add I have been stressed for years so im not sure as to why its started now. Any updates on to what this nosegasm is?
stress, anxiety, depression, worrying, etc... no coffee and plenty relaxing the mind. I hope this helps.
ok.. that's very interesting.. i've recently introduced coffee back into my diet, along with stevia and sweetner when stevia isn't available.. time to lay off the coffee & stevia for me!!
you mean twitches...
