Get your eyes checked, I work as a commercial artist so working in detail really strained my eyes. This seems to be my cause of pulsing/twitching. Hope that helps.

This matches my issue exactly. The pulse followed by watery eye so bad it looks like I'm crying. Drops of water rolling down my cheek.

Hi to all and i hope you are all better after a year of posting on here.
I am having tgis problem to plus i have a slight lump come up on the side of my nose.
Apart from this i have the issue im my right in er ear so i am going to my doctors for a check up and furthur tests. I am and have been a anxiety suffer and this can lead to infections, you name it etc.
I could have a sinus and ear infection.
I will leave feedback after more tests.

my twitching is under my eye, not my eye lid and not on my nose but in the cheek by my sinuses. Ive had three sinus surgeries due to polyps and will ask my doctor. Then I will come back to type his reply.

I have upped my caffeine intake for no good reason but have not experienced this pulsing before. Does anyone think this problem is chemical.

I am starting to see a pattern here of caffine comsumption (chocolate, tea, coffee, diet pills). Anyone else notice? I've heard there is as much energy in an apple as a cup of coffee. Trouble is, no one wants to give up there caffine to try it, including me. Guess I'll try it for you guys. I know how annoying it is to walk around and have your nose feel like it just lit up, So random!.

Nerve thats in face.. from swelling..swelling puts pressure on it. Swelling may come from anything..allergy, condition, etc..

That's weird because I'm having the same problem and I have a anxiety disorder so maybe it is just anxiety.
