I'd wish I could say that I have been well these days, but I am actually not feeling like myself. It seems that I have been occupied with some irrational fears and I cannot explain why I am acting in that way. It seems that I am concerned about everything and nothing! What should I do? Is this something serious?
Well, it all depends. I mean, perhaps this is just something that will pass once you calm yourself down and relieve yourself from life stress (I have to admit that it is not an easy thing to do at all). But there is a possibility that there might be something more to these anxieties and that is something you have to deal with the professional help (therapies/medicaments).
