So I am 5'6" and weigh 145 i have a 20 month old son so i stay busy. For the past 4 months i've exercised Monday through friday for an hour doing a 30 min cardio and lifting weights. First time i reduced my calories to 700, then people said i needed to eat to loose then i uptook it to 1200 watched what i ate didnt eat any thing like chips, or sweets etc. I parked the furthest away when going some where, i took hydroxy cut but it messed with me so i had to stop taking (+it didn't do any thing) I have not lost one pound or any inches and i have no clue what to do. Please help
