My Mom's friends daughter has been having these I dont even know what to call them . She freezes up ,her hands go up by her face and they lock up, her head tilts to the side,her mouth opens wide,her eyes get dialated and,she starts to shake. She is almost not there when this happens. If you call her name a few times she snaps out of it. WHAT IS WRONG WITH HER? IS SHE HAVING A SEAZURE OR IS THIS A TICK? PLEASE HELP HER!!!!
It sounds rather more than a tick. You don't mention her age, but from the sound of it I assume she's an infant, and you cannot ask her what's she's seeing.
I suggest you take her to a doctor, perhaps with a video of her to clarify what happens.
