I have never had sex and I just noticed bumps on my penius they don't hurt or itch and they look like regular skin color but they are just raised almost like goose bumps. Anyway I was wondering if it could be aids or something plz help
It's normal to have small bumps on your penis. You may want to look up "Penile Papules" and read up a bit.
