Hi, basically, my left nipple looks flat-ish, like the bottom half of the areola is smooshed at times? It isn't really inverting, just...smooshed? I'm sure it's nothing and it sometimes flattens out when I'm in the shower, as if my clothes were constricting it that way, (I always wear a bra + tank top under my shirt,) but I can't remember if it was always like that or not and it worries me. My left breast is smaller than my right, as is the areola, so maybe it's just the positioning and the way that it hangs? I got out of the shower maybe 20 minutes ago and it isn't really "doing it" right now, but it does just look like my nipple is just positioned lower on my areola, so maybe my clothes bother it?. I was wearing sports bras a lot several years ago, but I stopped because they were uncomfortable (thank god), maybe it was the pressure? Can you tell I have anxiety? Haha.
