my seconds tongue piercings looks infected. around the bottom on the bar underneith my tongue there is a large lump formed arond the ball . it did have puss in but it has all weeped out now. it looks sore but it isnt. now i have noticed there is a little white spot forming around the top ball now.

does this means its definatly an infection?
