I don't believe it is a Bartholin gland cyst. I used to get them all the time, and it was in the vaginal opening. I had to have surgery after having continuous recurrences of this problem. It is extremely painful to have to have the cyst cleared, and can feel like you're growing a testicle down there.

Not true. If you test for oral herpes and it comes out positive in the form of cold sores, you need to worry. But most people who have coldsores have them genetically, because the lips are sensitive to sun, or like me where the chicken pox vax started them.

Herpes virus. Minuka honey is actually 60% more affective than acyclavir in treating it.

It is not a Bartholin gland cyst. Those occur at the bottom of the vagina and also inside the skin does not have white head or nothing. I had one last year had to have surgery to have it drained and removed.

I had a "pimple" to the left a little of clitoral hood area. I put triple antibiotic on it for about a day and a half and when I got in the shower it came to a head and I lightly touched it and it busted!

I have the same problem, but I've had the same partner for 4 years and I'm rarely tested.... Probably jus a pimple (I've never gotten one on the inside of the lips before but ig it happens) and I should go get tested again. I think wat u have is jus a pimple but its always good to ask a Dr bout it.

Hey, so I've had the same thing happen. A doctor told me I had a cyst near my clit. They recommended using a hot pot on my crotch and making sure I change out of clothes after the gym quickly.

The heating pad worked perfectly! It's a little awkward, but it went away. The doctor didn't want to "pop" it because that could lead to an infection.

Wrong. This is not a bartholin AT ALL. They are talking about small pustules on the top of the clitoral hood. The bartholins are located inside the vaginall wall. Totally unrelated. Trust me I know I have had surgery on both bartholins and also get these small “pimple” like pustules on my hood. They are not an std, usually happens from wearing tight clothing or being rubbed to aggressively. Especially if your clit sticks out it’s almost like chafing that causes a fluid filled blister. I just put rubbing alcohol on it to dry it out (I find putting any cream or ointment just keeps the moisture in) and pooping can drain but does hurt and create a scab sometimes. It will pass in a few days.
