One red bump at the top of bikini line.

I am a 20 year old female and have been shaving my pubic hair since I was about 14. In the past 9 months I have had 2 partners(one of which being the ONLY partner I had between April 2007 and February 2009), both of which I used condoms with, EVERY single time. Although both of those partners did perform oral sex on me. In the middle of October I noticed a red bump on the top left of my bikini line. When I first noticed it, it looked a lot like a pimple. I attempted to pop it and clear liquid and then blood came out. After that I started messing around with tweezers thinking it was an ingrown hair. I couldn't find a hair in the pimple. Now, over a month later the bump is still there but it is not raised like a pimple. It's just an almost flat, dark red mark. When I try to squeeze it now, nothing happens. At times it does look like there could be a hair in there, but I haven't been successful in finding it. It is not painful, does not itch, and I have no other bumps on my pubic area (aside from the normal razor burn), and no bumps on my vagina. I have no health insurance and I work during the free clinic hours, so for right now this is my best bet. Your help is much appreciated.
