I am 18 and My right testicle is at least double the size or more than the left also I'm not quite sure but are the testicles supposed to be firm because the right one is firm and the left one is soft.

Testicles can vary in size and "texture."
Still, if it is a considerable variation or if it feels significantly different, see your urologist.
