For years I have had right sided only pain with each ovulation & period -- Basically I have one pain free week per month. I also have somewhat heavy periods - thankfully short tho. Usually have to wear black or dark colors & tend to have large clots with my period. Dr has run variety of tests because I wanted a hysterectomy ( I'm 42--- Mom & aunts all had them around 40) While the periods are quite bothersome, the pain is my main concern. The pain is worse following orgasm, often leaving me in tears & curled in a fetal position for 15 - 30 minutes. -- Sex really isn't worth the pain! The main solution the Dr. has offered is NovaSure. --- I am concerned that since I will still have my ovaries, I will still have the pain --- any thoughts or suggestions.
