this happened to me too, and I ate so many cashews in the past few days. Cashews are the culprit, and I am never eating a cashew ever again.

I don't think its only cashews and fish, I think its any food with natural oil. I ate a whole bag of almonds the day before this happened. But why does it have to come out of my anus?? WHY?
